MissEducated is about unlearning the misguided rules from society that govern our lives. With me, your host, Tash Doherty 👋🏼. Wherever you're from in the world, and whatever culture you grow up in, your society hands you a pile of rules and traditions. While some of these rules are good, helping to protect us as we conform, others of them are wrong and are outright damaging. I give the example from my own life of growing up in fashion-conscious London, England, where the ideal of female beauty was to be as skinny as possible and many of my classmates developed eating disorders as a result.
